In 2006 I had the idea to create a premium beef program, where we would raise cattle from birth to processing, and sell our Beef to the individuals in our local area. That idea stayed in the back of my mind for almost 10 years.

In the fall of 2015 while having a conversation with a good friend, I learned about Wagyu cattle. after months of extensive research, and several dozen phone conversations with different Wagyu breeders we purchased our first cows, and brought them back to Tennessee from Texas in July of 2016.

What started as a modest herd has now become a complete beef operation where we can have a consistent, premium product for our customers well into the future.
